Dispensing of potting compound for electronics
Electronic potting compound is applied to a previously determined component or surface: This is how the encapsulating process can be described. The adhesive dosage serves a specific purpose. It protects the component during transport and against external influences. These include vibrations, impacts, moisture, dust and extreme temperatures. However, the electronic potting compound not only protects, but also improves electrical insulation and safety against damage and chemical resistance.
